| Made in internet order for a Barebone PC on 26th Jul ("regularly stocked item"). Called company on 31st Jul for update and informed order was in "process and awaiting stock". Called again on 1st Aug and was informed order was being process then later changed to order was sent! Called company again on 3rd Aug, but the customer service dept was "busy". Left my number for them to call back. No calls was ever received, and I later received an email to inform me my order was cancelled??!!! No explanation received as to why they did this? Not a company to do business with, avaoid at all cost. |

| I would never recomend this company to anyone!!! They sent me the wrong items & charged me more that they quoted me over the phone!!! When i called & spoke to the MD - Tony he was less than happy to sort this problem out saying it must have been me when placing the order. I would say to anyone going to this company...Beware they are not a customer service company!!! |
