| I ordered trainers from the website but when they arrived (after a delay) they were not the correct size. When I rang up to sort it out they implied that I had ordered the wrong size (I had the order confirmation email which clearly showed that I had not). I was told to email them with my problem and that someone would get back to me that day... it has been over a week and I have heard nothing. Also, the order was addressed to someone else, although my credit card was charged correctly! I returned the shoes, and am still waiting to be refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this site, the customer service team are extremely unhelpful in case anything goes wrong! |
