| My husband received a "Stunt Flight" voucher for father's day. I am writing this review in September after weeks of trying to organise the flight. While the staff are pleasant when we call, they never return the call or e-mail. This morning I asked them to organise either the flight or a refund. Guess what? They will call me back. Still waiting!! |

| My wife booked a Zorbing experience for my Christmas 2004 present, the voucher I received was valid for 9 months. Initially when I rang up the staff were very friendly, but after agreeing a provisional date, I heard nothing more for several months. I contacted them again and they apologised for not getting back to me but by this time the date I wanted was not available. This proved very inconvenient because I had to travel around 200 miles from Yorkshire to Chepstow for the experience so had planned other things for the weekend in the area also. After several more phone calls I managed to get another date and had rearranged my whole weekend. On the morning of the activity less than an hour before I was supposed to be in Chepstow I had a phone call to say they had to cancel because the zorbing ball was broken, I had already travelled around 150 miles by this time. Eventually my wife got the money back (less an administration cost) but this was also a slow painful experience. The whole event from booking, through to 'nearly' actually going zorbing to getting the money back was a complete nightmare. I would call this company Bad-experience world and certainly never recommend them to anyone. |
