| Dixons are completely useless, ordered a laptop and payed extra to get it delivered in the afternoon on a certain day. Received email confirmation then another saying they were starting to process the order, it also said I would get another one confirming delivery and to say it had been dispatched. That never arrived. The day the delivery should have arrived an still no word on if it has been dispatched or not. So you ring them up and then wait 15 mins to speak to someone which tells that the order has not been dispatched and that it won't come till next week. Still waiting 10 days later!!! Useless company never buy from them they are a waste of time. |
