| A complete waste of time! I tried to purchase Navman F30 + accessories (value £360), the only reason I went to Active was that the web-site had everything I wanted "In Stock" & quoted instant despatch - lie number 1, no stock is held. I telephoned 48 hours after placing my order & was greeted by a man who's attitude I can only describe as very off-putting, he basically did not care less. I wanted some help in chasing my order & was told items would be sent in 3 - 4 days - lie number 2 - see below. This company have chosen to mess the wrong person about - I work for the Crown Prosecution Service & am now starting the process of considering legal action!! I have contacted Navman direct, informed them of this Company who they consider NOT to be an authorised on-line dealer & intend to remove them from their on-line list. Active do not hold stock, in fact Navman informed me that Active buy their goods from Navmans' own Distributors. Navman also indicated that some items for sale on Actives' web-site are ONLY available from Navman themselves - i.e. Map software etc - even Navman are waiting for these items to come into stock from NZ. I urge anyone who is considering buying from this Company to reconsider & go elsewhere. I am now in the process of getting a refund as I bought using a Credit Card I am covered by the Consumer Act. The Office of Fair Trading have also been informed. |

| quick enough to take your money, next day delivery has now now been over 3 weeks, will not return emails, fobbed off on phone thats when its not an orange answer phone |
