| Country Bookshop are lieing thieves! I ordered a book from this shop online 2 years ago. They took my money and never sent a receipt. When I phoned them at first they told me not to worry and that they had received it! As the book I had ordered was out of print, I eventually asked for a refund. They then they started claiming that I had never sent the money and refused to refund it. After many arguments and complaints I now realize I am never going to see my money again, let alone the book. | Terrible service. I ordered a book 8 days ago. The web site stated 1-2 working days to dispatch the order. It has not yet been sent. There has been no reply to three e-mails I have sent, and no availability of anyone on the phone. |
