| Website is easy to use and prices appear good. Beginning to have severe doubts about the quality of the products though. Loo cystern was cracked underneath - in the end we patched it up as we needed a bathroom. Now the shower has broken. The parts look to be good quality, but it seems that in the end they are definitely lacking. And what do you do when you have a problem? There's no phone number for them, on their list of contact details for the manufacturer there's no phone number for them either (only a general email address which they've put on there for half of the manufacturers). I'd never use them again. |

| The prices are very good when on offer...ok otherwise. I've had a few orders with them and no problems until the last one. The last order turned up with a broken toilet (due to the deliveryman throwing it off the lorry in front of witnessess!). The broken items were replaced pretty quickly though (2 days) and they did phone me up to sort it out - but having a phone number would have eased my mind considerably...it doesn't matter when everything is working ok - but it's really annoying when you have to wait for them to respond. Would definitely use again though. |

| No customer service number just E-mail They replaced badly fitting cistern no quibble(Ceramica Milan bathroom suite) with another badly fitting cistern have had to fit due to lack of toilet. Poorly made product, poor finish, bought at budget price. I now see that the price has doubled on this suite. Better bathroom suites available at better prices elsewhere. |

| A NIGHTMARE!! DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! ONLY HALF OF MY ITEMS TURNED UP , THEY CAN'T SUPPLY WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE. NO TELEPHONE NUMBER I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!! I WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN. A VERY POOR COMPANY THAT HIDES BEHIND AN IMPRESSIVE WEBSITE. |
