| We ordered approx 4 sets of underwear on 21st January, and only half of the order arrived on 24th Jan. However, there was no full sets, it was either just panties or just bras. It turned out to be the wrong size, so we sent them back. Even though I sent them registered post, and the Post office confirms they have been delivered, we have never had acknowledgement or a refund. The rest of the order did not materialise. The telephone is NEVER answered, and all e-mails come back as 'undeliverable'. We have lost approx £50 to this company and have no way of claiming it back. This company is a disgrace, and would not recommend them to anyone. |

| Received order ok but returned one item and no replacement as yet receveid - have been trying to e-mail but no conttact - really dissappointed. This is the 1st time using them and although initial service good find follow up would casue me not to use again. Am curretnly now 14.99 out of pocket as item returned and no replacement recevied |
