| Have spent nearly 5 weeks waiting for a pair of shoes for my son to be delivered and have had to cancel the order today. Despite Shoes Direct claiming on their website that they will contact you if shoes are not despatched within 7 days I had not one call/email from them. I phoned them on 5 different occassions and was told each time "they'll be in next week". Left a message on 2 occassions asking to be called back and heard nothing. Went to a shop this morning and bought son some shoes. Will never use these people again ... appalling service, highly unprofessional. |
