| I was referred to E2SAVE.COM from MOBIDEAL.CO.UK. Their offers seemed attractive and they are apparently affiliated with CARPHONE WAREHOUSE so I went for a 12 month contract and filled in all my personal and credit card details and my ADDRESS for the order. After waiting a few days, I got an e-mail from EMMA BARRASS ('WEB SALES TEAM MANAGER') asking for a copy of my NUS card (me being a student), which I faxed right away. After that I got no response again for a few days, so I MAILED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES to check about my order. I had to send several e-mails to EMMA and the 'WEB SALES TEAM' OVER THE PERIOD OF A WEEK to finally get a response saying my order had been CANCELED as they 'CANNOT DELIVER TO A HALLS OF RESIDENCE ADDRESS'. Well, why have me wait SO MANY DAYS and ASK FOR MY NUS CARD to CONFIRM I AM A STUDENT if they do not deliver to a halls of residence address?? So I decided to call them up. After WAITING A GOOD 20 MINUTES ON A PREMIUM NUMBER, someone picked up and rudely repeated they do not deliver to a halls of residence address. When I offered to give a different delivery address or pick it up myself, he VERY RUDELY said they cannot deliver to ANY address and HUNG UP. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. (In retrospect, it's good I didn't get the offer. Hopefully I won't have to deal with the likes of e2save.com ever again.) |

| As a so called communication company, communication is a very low priority. Ordered a phone, tracked the order, said it was 'network referred', sent them 5 E-mails over 4 days asking for an explanation. No response to any. Tried to contact a sales advisor by telephone, waited, and waited, and waited and waited. 2 1/2 hours in total, and still no one answered the phone. In desperation, rang the sales team, and asked for someone to ring me back, (3 occasions) no one ever did. Because no one would respond to phone calls or E-mails, decided to cancel order via their web site. 3 days later, the phone arrived, so I'm just about to start the nightmare of trying to contact someone in the company to return the phone.!!!!! |
