| Extremely poor, AVOID. They claim to offer same day delivery. They do not. Flowers arrived next day by royal mail and died the following day. I have been conned and am going to contact my card company to try for a refund. Obviously this rip off company do not respond to emails. |

| ordered flowers at 9am fri mornin online still waiting for delivery its now sat :( not good for same day delivery can't get through to them on the 2 numbers i have fones just ring or are engaged i've had no confirmation email from them about the order basically not impressed whith servive |

| Flowers were very nice however - website offered a buy today and receive £20 off your next order. I read all the terms and conditions and knew exactly what the offer entailed. Didn't receive it. Rang up to query this and was told an an outright lie. Eventually when I insisited they honour the agreement they hung up the telephone. They did give me the 5% online deduction but only after I called on the telephone and made a fuss. Their website looks good but they are not honourable. |
