| very dissappointed. basket of flowers were ordered but never arrived. when i spoke to the company one person told me they had runout another person said they had been sent, flowers still never arrived.was told i wouldget a refund i am still waiting. will never use them agian. |

| We ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day on Sunday. My family waited all day for the delivery and no flowers turned up! We tried calling them but there was no answer on their helpline. They eventually delivered them...on Monday! Will never use again! |

| My husband ordered me some flowers from classyflowers.co.uk and they sent a completely different bunch than the one he picked out. He ordered an all white bunch and the one I received was red, white and pink and the flowers used were different too. When I rang to explain the situation, I was told to check the terms and conditions which state they can substitute the variety and colour of the flowers to the same or greater value. Our family would not buy from them again as the terms and conditions obviously give them a get out clause to send any flowers of the same or greater value they like no matter which bunch you choose, who knows what you could get!! |

| Very disappointed that having ordered a WHITE bouquet at the cost of £34.00 plus £4.95 delivery, an autumn arrangement was sent of bright mixed colours inappropriate to requirement. Complaint response was 'as per our website if not available....' White is ALWAYS available in some form throughout the year. Will not use again. This also made the price of the item unacceptable as it was NOTHING like the bouquet ordered. |
